Our readers have noted that from time to time we publish articles of thematic content on various issues. This usually happens after different events – conferences, round tables, seminars etc.

In December 2022 in Admiral Nevelskoy Maritime State University there was held online round table under the name “The Problems of Economics and Security in Northeast Asia: History and Future Challenges”. Participants from higher education and scientific institutions of Vladivostok have made original reports with assessment of regional situation, expressed assumptions and suggestions. We hope they may be interesting for our readers as well, therefore we publish in this issue several of the most relevant reports (first five articles), which are connected with the Korean Peninsula.
