Dr. Anastasia Barannikova, APJ MSE WEB Editor, participated in Stockholm Security Conference 2021, hosted by SIPRI (Stockholm) on November 8-11, 2021. She took part as a panelist of the Tactical or strategic? Low-yield nuclear weapons and the Indo-Pacific region session. Her presentation was devoted to tactical and low-yield nuclear weapons of the DPRK.

Dr. Sergei Smirnov, APJ MSE Scientific Editor, participated in the conference «Post-Soviet Space as an Object of Interest for Russia and China” (Постсоветское пространство в сфере интересов России и Китая) on November 9th, co-hosted by Institute of the Far East, Institute of Orient Studies (both belonging to the Russian Academy of Sciences) and RUDN. The title of his presentation was “Problems and Prospects for Transport and Logistics Cooperation in the Framework of the “Greater Tumen Initiative”.

Dr. Nikolai I. Pereslavtsev, APJ MSE Executive editor, participated in the International Korean Studies Conference in Far Eastern Federal University on November 5-6, 2021 with the  report and the presentation “Restoration of Trans-Korean transportation: a view from Russia. Experience of Rajin-Khasan railway project”.  The  materials are going to be published in the traditional conference proceedings.
