On November 25-26, 2025, representatives from Northeast Asian countries gathered in Mongolia for the 11th annual Ulaanbaatar Process. Participants discussed current problems in Northeast Asia, political developments, issues of regional cooperation in the field of ecology and other areas of mutual interest. Participants also joined Peace Games on Climate cooperation and biodiversity protection. The event was attended by Dr. Sergei M. Smirnov, scientific editor and Dr. Anastasia O. Barannikova, WEB editor of the Asia-Pacific Journal of Marine Science & Education.
