About 1.1 billion rubles will come from the federal budget

It is planned to invest more than 1.35 billion rubles in construction and renovation of piers on the Peschany Peninsula and the islands of Reineke, Popov and Russky (Primorsky Territory) in 2025-2030. About 1.1 billion rubles will be invested from the federal budget. These measures are provided for in the long-term Plan for the comprehensive socio-economic development of the Vladivostok urban agglomeration until 2030, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 4073-r of December 29, 2023. The Ministry of Transport of Russia, the Government of Primorsky Region and the Administration of Vladivostok are responsible for the implementation of the measures.

The plan also provides for the acquisition of a hovercraft, a cargo-passenger ferry, and a cargo-passenger barge. Almost 992 million rubles will be allocated from the federal budget for these purposes in 2025-2028, and the total amount of investments will exceed 1.22 billion rubles. This issue will be dealt with by the regional government, the city administration and the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade.
